Which sets qualify for the autumn offers?

The “Autumn set offer” label identifies selected sets that cost less than buying the listed components separately. Individual units remain on this page for model comparison but are not marked with an autumn discount. The current price, selected variant, included components and delivery time on the product page apply.

What is the difference between 500, 500 PRO and 500 Pro AC Core?

SunEnergyXT 500 offers up to 800 W grid feed-in, while 500 PRO and 500 Pro AC Core each offer up to 2,400 W. All three models can provide up to 2,400 W at the off-grid output. When grid and off-grid outputs are used simultaneously, the combined output power per main unit is limited to 2,400 W.

500 and 500 PRO support direct PV connection within the approved technical limits. On 500 Pro AC Core, the MPPT inputs are disabled at the factory; direct PV connection requires paid activation.

Does a B500 increase output power?

No. A B500 adds storage capacity. Available output power depends on the main unit, number of main units and approved system configuration.

What do 4,800 W for Duo and 7,200 W for Trio mean?

These figures refer to multiple main units, each providing up to 2,400 W. Usable system power depends on manufacturer approval, operating mode, phase allocation and connection planning. They are not a blanket promise for a single connection, a ready-to-use three-phase connection or the ability to supply every wallbox and heat pump.

The parallel connection cable described in the manual is approved only for off-grid operation, not grid-connected operation. Required cables, mounting brackets, protective equipment and installation services must be checked for the specific project.

How are B500 and multiple main units installed safely?

B500 modules are stacked using the designated expansion interfaces. The supplied connecting plates and M5×10 screws must be used for mechanical securing in accordance with the installation instructions.

Multiple main units must not be stacked directly on top of one another like B500 modules. Stacking them requires the manufacturer's special mounting bracket; alternatively, they can be installed separately. Check each offer for the included mounting components.

Is the 3 m AC mains connection cable included?

According to the manufacturer, a main unit's standard package includes a 3 m AC mains connection cable with a Schuko plug. Check the exact quantity and version in the selected offer. This is not the same as the CEE accessory cable or parallel connection cable. A main unit is not included when purchasing a B500 on its own.

Can 500 Pro AC Core be connected directly to solar panels?

The MPPT inputs of 500 Pro AC Core are disabled at the factory and can be activated through a paid in-app upgrade. Without activation, direct PV connection to these inputs is not intended.

For an AC CORE set with solar panels, confirm how the panels will be connected and whether activation or an external inverter is included or required separately before ordering. Electrical limits and manufacturer specifications also apply after activation.

Are the promotional products available for immediate delivery?

See each offer and selected variant for current availability and delivery time. The ability to place an order does not by itself mean that all components are ready for immediate dispatch.

Are a Smart Meter, installation and registration included?

Only if these services or components are explicitly listed on the selected product page. A Smart Meter, wallbox, mounting, electrical installation, protective equipment and registration are not automatically included in a set.

Which prices apply during the promotion?

The current selling price on the selected product page applies. For marked sets, the total individual purchase price is the sum of the current individual prices of the listed components at DRBO Greenenergy. The displayed saving is already included in the set price and is not an additional checkout discount. Shipping costs are not included in this comparison.
