Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the goods or, in the case of partial deliveries, the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us DRB Operations GmbH, Vilbeler Landstraße 255, 60388 Frankfurt am Main, e-mail: office@drb-operations.de) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter or e-mail sent by post) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

For this purpose, you may use the enclosed sample revocation form, which, however, is not mandatory. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.

Some items are completely excluded from return. These include, but are not limited to, perishable products and personalized products.

Please do not return the purchased items to the manufacturer.

In certain situations, only partial refunds will be issued (if applicable).

* Items that are no longer in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Items returned after 14 days from the date of cancellation.


Refunds (if applicable).
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item you returned. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed. After a few days, your credit card or original payment method will then be automatically credited.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable).
If you have not yet received a refund, first double-check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be credited.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted to your account.

Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract to

The deadline is met if you send goods before the deadline of fourteen days. You must pay the shipping costs for the return of your item yourself. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. You will only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to your handling the goods in a manner not necessary to inspect the condition, properties and operation of the goods.

The time it takes for the exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on the country in which you reside.

If you are shipping an item valued over $75, you should consider using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you are returning.
You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

 

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling the goods in a way that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

The costs for the return shipment of balcony power plants amount to approx. 99€ - 149€ depending on location and quantity. We will be happy to assist you with the organization and organize the pickup with you via our shipping partners.

For accessories (inverters, cables, solar module mounts) there are costs of approx. 9 - 16€ for the return shipment.
