500 PRO AC Core

The AC connection is planned and checked to suit your existing system.

Connect your system to the app and configure the basic energy settings.

Currently compatible devices are Shelly 3EM, Shelly Pro 3EM, Shelly EM-50, EcoTracker IR, EcoTracker P1 and bitShake (as of 12.08.2026). Have the installation and metering design checked for your system, then link the Smart Meter in the SunEnergyXT app.
Step 4
A compatible Smart Meter measures generation and consumption. Based on these readings, AC Core can store available PV surplus within the configured limits.
A qualified installer must check the AC connection, Smart Meter, grid connection and electrical protection for the existing system.

Compare SunEnergyXT 500, 500 PRO and the new SunEnergyXT 500 PRO AC Core based on your energy source, goal and consumption. The result is informed guidance, not a binding electrical design.
With existing PV, the recommendation depends on the desired grid feed-in regardless of your selected goal: up to 800 W leads to 500, above that to 500 PRO.
Retrofitting existing PV on the AC side leads to AC Core. For a new direct PV connection, the recommendation is 500 up to 800 W and 500 PRO above that.
Without PV, AC Core may suit charging during lower-cost electricity periods and backup for selected loads. Tariff control, Smart Meter, electrical connection and backup application are checked separately.
